In November, vehicle registrations in United States grew by 7.24% with respect to November of 1987. In total, 1,191,100 cars were registered and 15,741,500 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 2.59% more than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of November is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 404,300, 5.98% more than in November of 1987.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 786,800, which represents a figure of 7.9% more than in November of 1987.
