In October, vehicle registrations in United Kingdom grew by 17.44% with respect to October of 2021. In total, 161,287 cars were registered and 1,910,808 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 7.48% less than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of October is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 26,943, 13.27% less than in October of 2021.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 134,344, which represents a figure of 26.42% more than in October of 2021.
