In November, vehicle registrations in United States fell by 0.82% with respect to November of 1986. In total, 1,110,700 cars were registered and 15,344,300 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 4.61% less than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of November is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 381,500, 11.75% more than in November of 1986.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 729,200, which represents a figure of 6.33% less than in November of 1986.
