In 2016 the life expectancy in Türkiye decreased to 78.1 years.
That year, the life expectancy for women was 81 years and for men 75.4 years.Türkiye’s position worsened with respect to the 194 countries we publish said data, dropping from the 42th in 2015 to 46th in 2016.
