Indonesians CPI goes down to 40.7%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Indonesia in January of 2023 was 40.7%, 4 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.3%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2023 is 0.3%

We must highlight the increase of 1.2% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 5.8%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Transport of -1.2%, and an interannual variation of 13.9%.
