The transparency law of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been in force since 2000 and with it has earned 102 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Bosnia and Herzegovina is ranked 24, as its transparency law adequately guarantees access to information, when compared with other countries.
