RTI Rating Brazil

The transparency law of Brazil has been in force since 2011 and with it has earned 108 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Brazil is ranked 29, as its transparency law adequately guarantees access to information, when compared with other countries.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
