His functions include:

- Communication and information to investors
Depending on the size of the company, there may be a CEO and a General Manager, who will be more involved in the day-to-day running of the company. In any case, the CEO will have in his team managers of the different departments of the company, such as the DMO (chief marketing officer), DPO (chief operating officer), CFO (chief financial officer), etc.
