Moldovans CPI goes down to 18.1%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Moldova in April of 2023 was 18.1%, 39 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 2.2%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2023 is 4.5%

We must highlight the increase of 14.3% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 59.4%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Transport of -1%, and an interannual variation of 9%.
