In June, vehicle registrations in United States grew by 6.98% with respect to June of 1993. In total, 1,479,600 cars were registered and 14,954,600 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 9.72% more than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of June is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 608,200, 11.09% more than in June of 1993.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 871,400, which represents a figure of 4.28% more than in June of 1993.
