The minimum wage goes up in Spain

In 2013, the national minimum wage in Spain remained fixed at €752.9 per month, that is 9,035 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.

Accordingly the national minimum wage has been raised 4.6 Euros per month from the previous year, 0.61%. This increase is less than the CPI of 2012 which was 2.9%,and so workers, despite the raise, have lost buying power in the last year.

If we look at the ranking of the national minimum wage that we publish, Spain is in 15 nd place of the 106 of the list.
