Since June 2019, the national minimum wage in Czechia remained fixed at €517.1 per month, that is 6,205 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.
If we look at the minimum salary in Czech Koruna, which is the official currency in Czechia, we can see that, this year, it was 13,350 Czech Koruna and accordingly, the national minimum wage has remained stable, while the CPI of 2019 which was 2%, so workers have lost purchasing power in the last year.
If we look at the ranking of the national minimum wage that we publish, Czechia is in 37 nd place, so it is among the countries with the lowest minimum salary of the 116 of the list.
