The transparency law of Uzbekistan has been in force since 1997 and with it has earned 59 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Uzbekistan ranks at number 93, de los 100 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.
