Taiwan at No. 94 in the RTI Rating

The transparency law of Taiwan has been in force since 2005 and with it has earned 58 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Taiwan ranks at number 94, de los 100 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
