The transparency law of Serbia has been in force since 2003 and with it has earned 135 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Serbia holds the first position in the ranking, so it is the country with the best transparency laws.
This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
