Germany at No. 97 in the RTI Rating

The transparency law of Germany has been in force since 2005 and with it has earned 52 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Germany ranks at number 97, de los 100 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
