Georgia at No. 31 in the RTI Rating

The transparency law of Georgia has been in force since 1999 and with it has earned 97 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Georgia is ranked 31, as its transparency law adequately guarantees access to information, when compared with other countries.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
