The transparency law of Estonia has been in force since 2000 and with it has earned 94 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Estonia is ranked 34, as its transparency law adequately guarantees access to information, when compared with other countries.
This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
