Bangladesh is at the 19º position of the Global Right to Information Rating

The transparency law of Bangladesh has been in force since 2008 and with it has earned 107 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Bangladesh is ranked 19, as its transparency law adequately guarantees access to information, when compared with other countries.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
