In The Gambia, CO2 emissions during 2014 have grown 0.043 megatons, 9.68% compared to 2013.
CO2 emissions in 2014 were 0.487 megatons, making The Gambia is in the group of low-polluting countries, within the ranking of countries for CO2 emissions, made up of 184 countries, in which the countries are ranked from least to most pollutant.
In addition to its total emissions of CO2 into the atmospher, which logically depend, among other variables, on the country's population, it is convenient to analyze the behavior of its emissions per inhabitant.
