Kuwait has a low suicide rate

By 2005, suicides in Kuwait increased by 1 people to at 60 suicides

In Kuwait there were 2 suicides per 100,000 inhabitants, much less than the average suicide in the world, of 10.34 self-harm per 100.000 people.

Kuwait has a low suicide rate compared to other countries.

Of the 60 recorded suicide cases in 2005, 46 were men suicides and 14 were women. So that, the suicide rate among males were 3.46 per 100,000 men and for women 1.55 per 100,000 female.

Statistics show that in 2014, suicides were the main cause of unnatural death in the world. In Kuwait suicide also is one of the leading causes of unnatural death. By comparison, there were 41 homicides in Kuwait, there are more suicides than homicides. For every homicide there were 1.5 suicides.
