The annual variation rate of the CPI in Venezuela in July of 2014 was 62%, 15 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 4.1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2014 is 33.8%

We must highlight the increase of 8.6% in the prices of Communication, until its interannual rate reached 18.3%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels of -0.9%, and an interannual variation of 40.2%.
