Belgium: CPI goes up in January of 2022

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Belgium in January of 2022 was 7.6%, 19 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 2.2%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2022 is 2.2%

We must highlight the increase of 7.9% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 27%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Recreation and culture of -0.3%, and an interannual variation of 2.9%.
