Since June 2019, the national minimum wage in Montenegro remained fixed at €288.1 per month, that is 3,457 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.
Accordingly the national minimum wage has remained stable so workers have lost purchasing power in the last year.
If we look at the ranking of the national minimum wage that we publish, Montenegro is in 54 nd place, so it is among the countries with the lowest minimum salary of the 116 of the list.
