Cambodia rises the national minimum wage

In 2013, the national minimum wage in Cambodia remained fixed at €0 per month, that is 0 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.

If we look at the minimum salary in Riels, which is the official currency in Cambodia, we can see that, this year, it was 80 Riels and accordingly, the national minimum wage has been raised 19 Riels per month from the previous year, 31.15%. This increase is greater than the CPI of 2012 which was 2.5%, so workers have gained buying power in the last year.
