Life expectancy improves in Brazil

In 2016 the life expectancy in Brazil increased to 74.44 years.

That year, the life expectancy for women was 77.85 years and for men 71.09 years.

Brazil’s position improvened with respect to the 194 countries we publish life expectancy, dropping from the 86th in 2015 to 82th in 2016.
