Life expectancy improves in Afghanistan

In 2016 the life expectancy in Afghanistan increased to 63.14 years.

That year, the life expectancy for women was 65.1 years and for men 61.19 years.

Afghanistan’s position worsened with respect to the 194 countries we publish said data, dropping from the 161th in 2015 to 162th in 2016.
