Syncretic Religions grow in Taiwan while believers dropped

Syncretic Religions, with 52% of the population, is the religion of the majority of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 95.86%, confess to having religious feelings.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Taiwan population, has dropped to 95.86%. As to Syncretic Religions it has increased, the previous survey recorded 51% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 52% follow it.

The Taiwan’s second-largest religion is Buddhism, accounts for about 25.83% of the population.
