Growth of believers and Christianity in South Korea

Christianity, with 27.19% of the population, is the religion of the majority of the population. Majority of South Koreans, 53.23%, confess to having religious feelings.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of South Korea population, has increase to 53.23%. As to Christianity it has also increased, the previous survey recorded 25.97% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 27.19% follow it.

The South Korea’s second-largest religion is Buddhism, accounts for about 22.7% of the population.
