The latest survey data indicate believers share of Chad population, has dropped to 99.91%. As to Islam it has increased, the previous survey recorded 47% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 50% follow it.
The second-largest religion in Chad is Christianity, accounts for about 30.87% of the population.
