Mongolia has a very high suicide rate compared to other countries.
Of the 631 recorded suicide cases in 2001, 504 were men suicides and 128 were women. Men have a high rate of death by suicide compared with women. So that, the suicide rate among males were 41 per 100,000 men and for women 10.28 per 100,000 female.
