The annual variation rate of the CPI in Tunisia in August of 2022 was 8.7%, 5 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.5%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2022 is 6.4%

We must highlight the increase of 1.3% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 11.9%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Clothing and footwear of -4.5%, and an interannual variation of 10.2%.
