Hungarians CPI increased up to 20.1% year-on-year in September of 2022

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Hungary in September of 2022 was 20.1%, 45 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 4.1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2022 is 17.6%

We must highlight the increase of 28.2% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 36.2%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Communication of -0.6%, and an interannual variation of -0.3%.
