In February, vehicle registrations in United Kingdom grew by 7.5% with respect to February of 2015. In total, 99,992 cars were registered and 3,072,838 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 7.11% more than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of February is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 16,597, 3.38% more than in February of 2015.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 83,395, which represents a figure of 8.36% more than in February of 2015.
