In October, vehicle registrations in United Kingdom fell by 1.44% with respect to October of 2014. In total, 211,994 cars were registered and 3,030,780 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 7.51% more than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of October is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 34,330, 2.97% less than in October of 2014.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 177,664, which represents a figure of 1.14% less than in October of 2014.
