Brunei - Religions

Islam, with 60% of the population, is the religion of the majority of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 98.93%, confess to having religious feelings.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Brunei population, has dropped to 98.93%. As to Islam it has also decreased, the previous survey recorded 61% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 60% follow it.

The Brunei’s second-largest religion is Christianity, accounts for about 11.1% of the population.
