The price of electricity rises in Iceland

The average price of electricity in Iceland, in December of 2013, has been 0.1072€ per kilowatt hour. Electricity price has increased € 0.0019 kWh, 1.8% since the previous semester. Meanwhile, the average price of electricity without taxes in Iceland in that period was € 0.0846 per kilowatt hour, compared to € 0.0831 kWh in the previous semester. The price of electricity excluding taxes increased by 1.81%.

In the last twelve months the price of electricity in Iceland has fallen by 8.04%.
