Nigeria: CPI goes up in February of 2021

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Nigeria in February of 2021 was 17.3%, 8 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.5%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2021 is 3.1%

We must highlight the increase of 1.9% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 21.7%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Communication of 0.8%, and an interannual variation of 10.2%.
