Norwegians CPI increased up to 4.1% year-on-year in October of 2023

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Norway in October of 2023 was 4.1%, 8 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2023 is 4.1%

We must highlight the increase of 2.4% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached -2.6%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Clothing and footwear of -1.1%, and an interannual variation of 2.9%.
