Iran: CPI goes up in April of 2022

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Iran in April of 2022 was 35.6%, 9 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 3.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2022 is 9.4%

We must highlight the increase of 4.9% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 43.5%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Education of 0.3%, and an interannual variation of 27.3%.
