The annual variation rate of the CPI in Ghana in January of 2023 was 18.5%, 5 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.7%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2023 is 1.7%

We must highlight the increase of 3.3% in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, until its interannual rate reached 8.8%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Transport of -0.6%, and an interannual variation of 25.9%.
