December of 2022 CPI went up in Ghana

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Ghana in December of 2022 was 19%, 30 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 3.8%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2022 is 19%

We must highlight the increase of 6.7% in the prices of Transport, until its interannual rate reached 27.9%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Recreation and culture of 0.3%, and an interannual variation of 21.3%.
