The annual variation rate of the CPI in China in January of 2021 was -0.3%, 5 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2021 is -0.3%

We must highlight the increase of 2.8% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 1.4%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco of -0.4%, and an interannual variation of -0.2%.
