Paraguayans CPI goes down to 7.8%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Paraguay in January of 2023 was 7.8%, 3 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.2%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2023 is 1.2%

We must highlight the increase of 3.2% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 2.4%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Education of 0%, and an interannual variation of 5.1%.
