April of 2023 CPI went up in Pakistan

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Pakistan in April of 2023 was 36.4%, 10 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 2.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2023 is 14%

We must highlight the increase of 12.4% in the prices of Recreation and culture, until its interannual rate reached 68.6%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels of -1.1%, and an interannual variation of 16.9%.
