CPI falls in December of 2016 in Ghana

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Ghana in December of 2016 was 15.4%, 1 tenth less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2016 is 15.4%

We must highlight the increase of 1.6% in the prices of Restaurants and hotels, until its interannual rate reached 13.7%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Health of 0.1%, and an interannual variation of 18.5%.
