The transparency law of Kazakhstan has been in force since 2015 and with it has earned 60 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Kazakhstan

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
