Kenya 21º in the RTI Rating

The transparency law of Kenya has been in force since 2016 and with it has earned 113 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Kenya is ranked 21, as its transparency law adequately guarantees access to information, when compared with other countries.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
