The transparency law of Denmark has been in force since 1970 and with it has earned 64 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Denmark ranks at number 92, de los 111 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.
