Brazilians CPI increased up to 3.5% year-on-year in June of 2018

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Brazil in June of 2018 was 3.5%, 17 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2018 is 2.6%

We must highlight the increase of 2.6% in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels, until its interannual rate reached 7.7%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Clothing and footwear of -0.1%, and an interannual variation of 1.8%.
